The real terroist who should be prosecuted are the elected officials in Washington and media who are persecuting the CIA, military and others who are in charge of finding out what what we need to know to protect our country and find out who is responsible for the acts of terroism and war against this country.  We have always been noted for the mildest forms of interrigation in the world.  We don't cut off heads or burn people like the Arabs and Muslims who have no scruples about lying to get their way and then going after the very people they have made "treaties" with because it was convenient to get what they wanted and then changed their minds. We haven't driven bamboo under finger nails or tied people in place over bamboo shoots like the Chinese. We haven't put people in cages submerged in infested water to their necks like the Viet Cong. Yes, water boarding isn't pleasant, but it won't kill anyone.

The real people who deserve to be tried for criminal offenses are "loyal Americans" in Washington and the media who have betrayed our country during the times of war, and terrorism is an act of war.
